About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a Certificate or Advance/Diploma in Real Estate, Marketing, Business or related fields, and minimum 2-3 years' experience in Shopping Centre Management/Leasing/Tenant Coordination. You will be expected to manage day-to-day relationship with partners and tenants, handle operational issues, and support the organization in every area of tenant management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day relationship with partners and tenants, including operational issues.
- Support the organization in every area of tenant management.
- Maintain and sustain mall operations.
- Responsible for tenants' sales submissions and system updates.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive tenant relations management database and filing system.
- Coordinate, prepare, and distribute work orders to relevant departments.
- Report, monitor, and follow up on tenants' complaints and resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments for improvement of tenants' performance.
- Obtain approval for closure applications.
- Mailbox key coordination – new handover, replacement of key or lock.
- Prepare required information prior to tenants' meetings.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication, presentation, and time management skills. Knowledge of Property Management or Tenancy agreements and basic understanding of operations and technical systems related to tenants is essential.
