Order Management and Customer Service Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for accurately booking orders in Oracle and ensuring compliance with audit and revenue policies.
You will also be responsible for coordinating and resolving shipment issues, understanding incoterms, and liaising with various internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Planning, etc.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
- Degree in Business Admin, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or related roles
- Knowledge of revenue recognition rules and incoterms
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle, and Salesforce preferred
