About the Position

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Southeast Asia and drive business growth for Hatch Asia's Printing and Packaging Solutions (PPS) business.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, focusing on revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and sales process optimization.
  2. Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure optimal performance, improve sales processes, and enhance customer relationships.
  3. Collaborate with regional teams and HQ to identify new business opportunities, develop partnerships, and drive sales growth.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data, provide insights, and recommend actions to improve sales performance and meet business objectives.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Management or equivalent professional qualification.
  • At least 8 years of sales experience in the Printing and Packaging industry, with 2-3 years of leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving sales processes, and enhancing customer relationships.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a matrix organization.
