About the Role

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of our company by driving sales growth and market expansion for our aftermarket parts and services. As an Aftermarket Sales Executive, you will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, identify and engage with potential customers, and build strong relationships with key accounts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for aftermarket parts and services.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, fleet operators, and distributors.
  • Maintenance of Customer Relationships: Ensure timely communication, resolve customer issues promptly, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Pricing and Contract Negotiations: Effectively negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to maximize profitability.
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly provide sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in aftermarket sales, parts marketing, or a related role.
  • Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel for client visits, trade shows, and industry events.
