We are looking for a Service Delivery Executive to join our team. As a key member of our client support team, you will be responsible for providing tailored support services to our clients.

Your primary focus will be on facilitating client registration, identifying and recruiting talent, collaborating with local marketing teams, and acting as a cross-border coordinator.

You will be working closely with our local marketing teams to create effective offline promotional strategies and building strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate client registration for secure payment gateways
  • Identify and recruit talent that meets operational needs
  • Collaborate with local marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies
  • Act as cross-border coordinator, addressing client inquiries and concerns

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree in related field
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
