About the Role

Bell Ward Malaysia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Membership Manager.

Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive membership revenue growth.
  • Identifying new revenue streams and optimizing existing channels for sustainable growth will be a key responsibility.
Merchandising and Sales Strategy
  • The Membership Manager will oversee the selection, procurement, and sales of merchandise offered to members.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to integrate merchandising seamlessly within the membership platform will be essential.
  • Monitoring sales performance and adjusting strategies based on market trends and member behavior will be a key task.
Brand Partnership and Collaboration
  • The ideal candidate will identify and secure strategic partnerships with leading brands to enhance the membership program.
  • Negotiating agreements that ensure mutual benefits and strong brand alignment will be crucial.
  • Developing co-branded initiatives, promotions, and events with partners will be a critical aspect of the role.
Cross-Functional Teamwork
  • The Membership Manager will work closely with marketing, product development, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless execution of revenue initiatives.
  • Utilizing member feedback and analytics to refine and enhance the membership value proposition will be a key responsibility.
Market Analysis and Performance Reporting
  • Conducting regular market and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends will be essential.
  • Preparing and presenting performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management will be an essential task.
Project Management and Leadership
  • The successful candidate will lead initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of key performance metrics.
  • Managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively will be a key aspect of the role.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in membership or subscription-based environments is essential.
  • Experience in negotiating and managing strategic brand partnerships is highly desirable.
