Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:- Program Setup: Support brands with account setup, including contracts, creatives, emails, groups, promo codes, and product catalogs.
- Partner Migration & Onboarding: Assist brands with migrating and onboarding existing partners, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate tracking.
- Tracking & Reporting: Ensure proper tracking with live partners, conduct brand exposure audits, and schedule regular reports on program performance and partner engagement.
- Marketplace & Partner Recruitment: Identify new partner opportunities using extended search tools, review partner applications, and recruit new partners weekly.
- Experience: 3+ years in program management or operations, preferably in an affiliate or partner-based environment.
- Platform Experience: Familiarity with Impact.com or similar partner management platforms.
- Contract Management: Strong understanding of contract management and partner relations.
- Migrations and Implementations: Proven ability to handle large-scale migrations and program implementations.
- B2B SaaS Sales: 3+ years direct B2B SaaS sales experience, with a strong preference for marketing technology (tracking, measurement, etc).
- Clients-Facing Roles: Experience in Marketing Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or other client-facing roles where you managed a book of clients.
- Customer Focus: Excellent customer focus, commercial drive, and service orientation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (or Google Sheets) for data management and lists, and experience working with JIRA, Asana, or similar project management tools.
