We're looking for an experienced professional to lead our Regional Strategic Partnerships. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans that drive growth across our ecosystem.
You will work closely with our partners to understand their needs and preferences, leveraging your expertise in the QSR/F&B industry to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
- You will be the primary point of contact for our regional merchant partners, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
- As a leader, you will oversee a team of Regional Commercial Managers, guiding them through full-cycle business planning and execution.
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- 12 years+ of relevant experience in dealing with major brands, negotiating contract terms, and implementing collaborations in the QSR/F&B industry.
- Strong partnership development and leadership experience, managing partnerships with major brands.
- Ability to adapt strategic thinking into actionable plans and negotiations, benefiting Grab's business strategies.
- Capabilities in building trust through interpersonal and consultative selling skills, necessary for cross-functional coordination to execute deals.
