Elsa Talent Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as a Personal Assistant.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact between our Managing Director and internal/external clients, including bankers and clients from Hong Kong.

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage the MD's diary, scheduling meetings and appointments, and ensuring smooth office operations by coordinating day-to-day activities and communications.
  • Information Management: Screen, organize, and distribute information, including legal documents, and handle requests and queries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Communication and Administration: Take dictation, prepare meeting minutes, and assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and briefs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

  • Education: Diploma holders and degree holders are encouraged to apply.
  • No Prior Experience Needed: We provide training for the right candidate.
  • Discretion and Confidentiality: A high level of discretion and confidentiality is required in this role.
