Key Responsibilities- Develop new sales markets aligned with the company's direction.
- Provide tailored solutions to meet clients' requirements and deadlines.
- Establish relationships with potential business partners.
- Cultivate strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Support project development and execution in related aspects of work.
- Maintain and service existing customer databases.
- Manage payment collections and resolve related issues.
- Conduct market research on behalf of the company.
- Foster high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in the relevant field is essential for this position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Preferably, junior executives specializing in sales within the poultry farming industry.
- A willingness to travel and work outside of your assigned area.
- Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage, as this role involves interacting with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- A strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude, independence, and self-motivation.
