About the Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily customer incoming and outgoing calls and emails.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer requests.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on customer comments and feedback regarding our products and services.
