Job Description:
As a Sales Strategy Executive at LinkedIn, you will be responsible for driving the overall success of our Talent and Learning solutions in the mid-market sector for Malaysia. You will prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and personal relationships with prospects, close new business consistently at or above quota level, and develop a strategic plan for the territory. Your ability to listen to market needs, share insights with product teams, and proactively solve problems will make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this position, you should have 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role, with a strong background in sales and negotiation skills. Additionally, knowledge of software contract terms and conditions, as well as experience with Recruiting/HR software, SaaS opportunities, and multi-threading, would be beneficial.
