Role Description

The Executive Director of Sales and Growth will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue. This position requires a strong leader who can manage and direct employees in the sale and distribution of our products and services.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  1. Sales revenue growth.
  2. Customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Employee engagement and retention.
  4. Expense control and cost savings.

Requirements

Required:
Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in sales area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7+ years of experience in sales area AND 2+ years of direct sales experience. Analyzing financial statements and financial reports. Licensed to sell insurance products.
Preferred:
Strong knowledge of sales principles, sales techniques, and sales terminology. Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge of customers' business and operations. People management experience. Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
