The eCommerce Lead will be responsible for overseeing the overall direction and growth of our online business, ensuring that it aligns with our company's vision and objectives. This includes developing and implementing technology roadmaps, driving innovation, and best practice implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the e-commerce business, including business planning, content strategy, and development.
  • Oversee online activities related to traffic acquisition, online presence, sales, conversion, internal data sources, margins, and reporting.
  • Total oversight of operations, including order management, inventory, payment and fraud web services, EDI receipt, and transactional flow of all orders.
