Job DescriptionThis role involves leading initiatives to support our sales team, including content development, sales training, process optimization, and the implementation of sales technology. Key responsibilities include:
Developing sales training programs to equip team members with the skills and knowledge they need to excel.
Designing and maintaining sales collateral, playbooks, and tools to support different stages of the sales cycle.
Improving sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Implementing and optimizing sales technology, including CRM and analytics tools, to enhance productivity.
Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and campaigns.
Tracking and measuring the success of enablement initiatives using key performance indicators.
