In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer success across our enterprise accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with our high-value customers, and identifying opportunities to grow their use of our products and services.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer engagement strategies, leveraging data analysis and insights to drive business decisions.

Key skills required for this role include a strong understanding of the SaaS business model, familiarity with customer success methodologies and best practices, and a proven track record of overachieving KPIs and driving results.
