Strategic Partnership Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and develop Integrated Logistics Business. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including Branch Manager, Sales Team, Operation Team, Customer Service Manager, Customs Regulatory Compliance Manager, General Manager Freight Forwarding, and Managing Director, to implement strategies that maximize yield from all products and increase GAC's business share in the Malaysian market.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve personal Operating Income target and S&M Department target by generating 3 times cost to the company from new clients and meeting remaining department targets from existing clients.
- Maintain a 40% Quotation Strike Rate, promptly send quotations to clients, and maintain close follow-up on all quotations sent out (40 quotes per month).
- Prepare a Weekly Sales Visit Plan, enter details of visits in GAC Sales system, target and secure new clients (secure 4 new clients per month), and ensure credit approvals are in place for all credit clients handled by the sales team.
- Assist the Finance department in maintaining receivables from credit accounts within agreed terms and prepare a minimum of 10 High Value Targets (HVT) in the sales pipeline at all times.
- Able to travel to any part of Malaysia to create GAC awareness in the market.
