Head of Inbound Sales

We are seeking a Head of Inbound Sales to join our Asia Pacific team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving inbound sales and expanding customer bases in emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities- Inbound Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive inbound sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement targeted marketing initiatives.
- Optimize lead generation performance using CRM tools and data analysis.
- Content Development:
- Create high-quality marketing materials, including case studies, white papers, and email campaigns.
- Manage content updates across digital channels to ensure consistency with Mastrum's brand messaging.
- Work closely with the global marketing team to localize content for the Japanese audience.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and growth areas.
- Design and execute targeted campaigns to penetrate new markets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to inform future strategies.
The successful candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in marketing or sales support, preferably in the tech or SaaS sector. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools is necessary. Fluency in Japanese is required.
