About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Sales & Operations Executive to join our team. This role involves handling a mix of sales, customer management, and operational responsibilities, as well as thinking strategically about business growth and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a technical or B2B environment, and experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Zoho.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and develop new business leads while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
  • Create and present sales quotes based on customer needs.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Conduct online and face-to-face customer meetings (Google Meet, Zoom, or in-person).
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and weekly activity KPIs.

Operations & Logistics

  • Verify orders, including customer details and payment information.
  • Process, pack, and ship orders promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers to manage shipping and delivery.
  • Conduct stock counts and assist in inventory management.
