We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business growth strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

">

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Acting as the agency's think tank, selectively developing campaign strategies and ensuring they align with client briefs.
  2. Strategically developing program using Always proprietary tools such as PRISM and RetailAIM.
  3. Creating compelling new business pitches, with support from GBD, AP & C&D.
  4. Delivering new business pitch presentations, supported by GBD, AP & C&D.
  5. Developing and administers a robust NDB system and process in conjunction with GBD, focusing on pipeline management.
  6. Manages C&D traffic.
  7. Develops and nurtures new client prospects.
