The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure and have a strong passion for helping customers.
About the Role:
Job Description:Deliver exceptional customer service and support to customers via phone calls, emails and live chats.
Key Responsibilities:- Take customer calls and respond to their queries and concerns.
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers.
- Call clients and customers to inform them about company news, services and policies.
- Navigate callers through troubleshooting, the company site or using the products or services.
- Review customer accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping and other account items.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Fluency in Japanese language.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role.
