Job Description:

Deliver exceptional customer service and support to customers via phone calls, emails and live chats.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Take customer calls and respond to their queries and concerns.
  2. De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers.
  3. Call clients and customers to inform them about company news, services and policies.
  4. Navigate callers through troubleshooting, the company site or using the products or services.
  5. Review customer accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping and other account items.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Fluency in Japanese language.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role.
