We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth across key market segments and building strong relationships with key accounts and potential clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Developing new business opportunities from Corporate, Government, Embassy, and other market segments.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and potential clients.
- Continuously developing new markets and identifying growth opportunities.
- Collaborating with the Director of Sales & Marketing to monitor account production and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Ensuring all hotel systems, sales databases, and account information are updated and accurate.
- Conducting regular client visits, sales calls, and hotel inspections.
- Assisting with telemarketing projects and participating in sales events.
- Traveling to national and international sales events as required.
- Working closely with other departments to align sales strategies and achieve business goals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- An Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar or junior sales role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and administrative skills.
- A confident and results-oriented personality.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
