Job Overview

At Engage Life, we are seeking a skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our corporate wellness division, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring a seamless and value-driven experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day communication between clients and our team to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and execute corporate wellness campaigns and events that align with clients' broader wellness strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to deliver against clients' wellness objectives, events, and campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to drive project success.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze client data and develop action plans to improve retention.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • A customer-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well with a team.
