Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company for assigned products and territories, driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop strategies to drive product availability and visibility in the market, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Product Promotion & Visibility: Ensure products are well displayed in retail outlets, conducting promotional activities, demonstrations, or sampling to encourage consumer trials and purchases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or retail environments.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
