Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at NS BlueScope. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, developing plans to deliver better results, and owning the planning and execution of sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and develop plans to deliver better results.
  • Owning the planning and execution of sales strategy to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and issue resolution.
  • Adhere to all Company principles, policies, local legal regulations, including health, safety, environment, and community (HSEC) policies.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or equivalent discipline from a recognized university.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience with good sales or trading experience preferably in a Key Account & Distributor Management capacity.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in establishing customer relationships for long-term business benefits.
