Job Description:

This position involves working with businesses to select and implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. As an ERP Functional Consultant, you will guide clients through the system selection, customization, and troubleshooting process.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with ERP systems and be able to assist clients in selecting and implementing the right enterprise resource planning system for their business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform ERP project implementation activities including business requirement study, business & process review, solution specification & modeling, gap analysis, solution simulation & testing, data migration, UAT & etc.
  2. Provide training, support, and troubleshooting for enterprise resource planning programs.
  3. Assist in ERP system implementations and upgrades.
  4. Set up and maintain system documentation.
  5. Assist in program customization and configuration.
  6. Perform software upgrades.
  7. Review and perform system maintenance and testing.
  8. Review and analyze data reporting.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve system problems.
  10. Provide user support, research and resolve system failures as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Accounting, or Finance.
  2. Proven experience in consulting, implementation, and support of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application.
  3. Knowledge of general business software, and aptitude to learn new applications.
