We are seeking a Commercial Development Lead who can drive our commercial development strategy and identify new business opportunities in the construction and property sector.

Main Responsibilities
  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial development strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to promote the company's services and expand its market share.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, developers, and design consultants to secure future collaborations and partnerships.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the company and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of proven experience in business development or marketing within the construction and property industry.
  • Strong knowledge of tender processes and construction project execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and design consultants.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
