Special Ops Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a skilled Customer Operations Executive to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless interactions with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop in-depth knowledge of our customers through various touchpoints, enabling personalized interactions and building strong rapport.
- Foster positive customer experiences by being responsive and efficient in addressing their needs.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers via multiple channels, including calls, live chats, and written correspondences.
- Provide top-notch customer support through various touchpoints, such as calls, live chats, written correspondences, and customer service centers.
- Collaborate with the team to engage customers, handle escalations, and provide assistance as needed.
- Identify areas for improvement in daily operations and provide feedback to enhance existing processes.
- Prioritize customer needs, cross-sell relevant services when necessary, and consistently aim to exceed customer satisfaction targets.
- A monthly performance bonus of up to RM500 based on individual performance.
