- To support our local employees to Track / Monitor / Fix local IT issues
- To work closely with our IT Team to clear the tickets.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Support other departments on an ad-hoc basis for additional help like labels printing and etc, upon required.
Working Hours:
Monday-Sunday: 7am - 4 pm or 10am - 7pm
Two Days Off (on rotational basis)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
