**Manage attendance and payroll**: Review timesheets, assist with payroll processing, and monitor daily attendance to ensure accurate records.
- **Maintain HRIS data**: Keep employee records up-to-date and manage data entry efficiently to support HR operations.
- **Facilitate onboarding**: Help new employees settle in by preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition.
- **Manage foreign worker permits**: Assist in the timely renewal of permits for foreign workers to ensure compliance.
- **Provide administrative support**: Collect and summarize dockets, manage uniform requests, and maintain accurate records of company hostel residents.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
