**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to lead and execute full spectrum of Human Resource functions in the Company including recruitment & selection, payroll processing, talent development, compensations and benefits, employee engagement, performance management & staff discipline to ensure smooth daily operations.
- To carry out recruitment plans and activities in order to achieve timely requisition of manpower for the company and departmental operating requirements.
- Conduct induction on CMC Terms & Conditions of Employment handbook by reviewing company policies, payroll information, explaining benefit and company rules when new employee on-board.
- Prepare a personal file for every new employee and ensure all his personal documents required are well keep in his file for future reference.
- To monitor employee probationary period. Issue assessment form to HOD when employee reached the end of probationary period. Prepare confirmation of employment letter or extension of probationary period to employee accordingly.
- Reviewing job description for all positions on a regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the HOD.
- To ensure the implementation of company policy and rules & regulations are in line with company’s goals and employees’ needs.
- Reviewing company handbook includes a check of key policies, overall content, key employment regulations and any clauses that are no longer relevant or unclear.
- To handle staff’s issue either by counselling, listen to employee grievance, disciplinary actions, termination and other employee related matters.
- Conducting exit interviews of employees who are resigning. Get constructive feedback for company and try to implement the corrective measures for future betterment and improvement.
- Issue letter of demand salary to employee due to short notice or absconded and file the case to labour department if necessary.
- Keep track on employee turnover and exit rate. Analysis the resigning reason to reduce employee turnover rate.
- Prepare company accepting resignation letter to resignee and calculate the final payroll payment accurately.
- Monitor employee that attaining the retirement age. Prepare retirement notice letter, retirement benefit letter to employee and Accounts & Costing department and fixed term contract for re-employment when required.
- Monitoring company insurance eg. policies yearly renewal terms, claim and employees’ movement including adding, deletion and upgrading.
- Ensure payroll system setup are comply with company rules and regulation and also statutory body compliance.
- Create new payroll code when and as necessary to meet the requirements.
- Responsible company payroll is on time and accurate.
- Yearly updating master database of all employee personal information before process EA form.
- Prepare monthly payroll report to Accounts & Costing department, payment to government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance with EPF, Socso, LHDN, Zakat, PTPTN payment and contribution.
- Responsible employees’ monthly movement for Socso, LHDN, Zakat and PTPTN.
- To monitor training programs in order to upgrade and improve employees' competencies level; based on the organization business direction.
- To liaise with Government authorities and statutory bodies on industrial relations matters, labour law and Employment Act related matters when is necessary.
- Support the Quality and Environmental processes and procedures in HRA department in compliance with the ISO standards.
- To perform any duty duly assigned by the management from time to time.
