- Assist in job posting, screening resumes, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels.
- Prepare interview evaluation forms and assist in onboarding new hires.
- Support in maintaining and updating employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
- Assist in preparing HR-related letters (offer letters, confirmation, transfer, etc.).
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of HR documents (physical and digital).
- Assist in monitoring staff attendance, leave applications, and medical certificates.
- Update leave records in the HR system and prepare monthly attendance reports.
- Help coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Assist in preparing training materials, attendance lists, and feedback summaries.
- Track training attendance and maintain training records.
- Support in organizing staff engagement activities, events, and welfare programs.
- Assist in handling employee feedback, surveys, and communication updates.
- Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed.
- Prepare basic HR reports such as manpower updates or probation tracking.
- Support HR in tasks related to SOCSO, EPF, EIS, and other statutory compliance matters.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team on daily operations.
- Participate in HR improvement projects or assignments as required.
- Handle any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HR Executive or Manager.
Job Type: Contract
