Business Development Assistant Manager

The Business Development Assistant Manager drives the strategic growth of our dealer network, ensuring consistent sales performance across regions. This role is relationship-oriented, targeting ongoing sales results rather than short-term marketing projects. Candidates with experience in competitor networks are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop, and expand dealer accounts to achieve sales, distribution, and market share targets.
- Build strong, trust-based partnerships with dealers to ensure mutual growth and profitability.
- Develop and implement sales programs, dealer incentives, and channel strategies that enhance performance.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for dealer acquisition and retention.
- Monitor dealer sales performance, providing training, feedback, and ongoing support.
- Coordinate with internal sales, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and consistent brand messaging.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, is an advantage.
- Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in dealer sales, channel management, or distribution within a similar industry.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet with dealers and partners.
