Job Description

  • Foster strong business relationships with domestic and international customers through effective communication
  • Deliver timely responses to customer inquiries ensuring efficient resolution and comprehensive solutions
  • Oversee sales order processing operations and develop strategic sales planning initiatives
  • Coordinate with relevant department regarding customer orders and manage logistics for shipment delivery schedules
  • Maintain accurate records of customer sales performance metrics and payment status documentation
  • Represent company at business meetings, client visits/consultations, industry exhibitions, and professional conferences (if required)
  • Execute special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by management on ongoing basis

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years sales experience (indoor, outdoor) in any industry or Manufacturing (preferably steel industry)
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Engineering, Media Communication, Mathematics, Statistics, Psychology or equivalent
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken, written, reading) for communication with domestic and international clients
  • Age requirement: 40 years old and below
  • Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the Johor Bahru area.

Good-to-have

  • Experience with data calculations and performance tracking
  • Experience in customer relationship management and sales operations
  • Willing to relocate to Johor Bahru at their own arrangement and has their own transport (if currently residing outside Johor).

Working Arrangement

Working location: Johor Bahru, Johor MY

Working days: Monday - Friday (5 days)

Working hours: 8:00 AM-5:45 PM
