We've worked with both enterprises and SMEs on projects aligned with government-led digitization initiatives. Our team includes IT consultants, developers, strategists, and creatives who are passionate about delivering scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly adaptable and hands-on individual to provide essential support for our day-to-day office operations. This is a varied role perfect for someone who doesn't mind switching between computer-based tasks and physical jobs to help keep our office running smoothly. The schedule and hours (part-time or full-time) can be tailored for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Your duties will be diverse and may include, but are not limited to
- General Admin: Printing, copying, scanning, and checking the physical mail.
- Inventory & Purchasing: Helping to purchase office supplies and manage basic inventory.
- Finance Support: Collecting and organizing invoices and receipts.
- Office Maintenance: Light duties to maintain a tidy workspace, such as sweeping floors or wiping down surfaces.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Taking on other miscellaneous duties and errands as assigned by the team.

- A reliable and proactive problem-solver.
- Comfortable with both computer and physical tasks.
- Able to follow instructions and work independently.
- No specific degree required; we value a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
