about the job

  • Understand market demand, perform market research and develop feasible leasing strategies for the office tower
  • Work closely and build rapport with tenants, agents, business partners, etc
  • Conceptualize and develop strategies that will maximize the occupancy rate of the building
  • Prepare weekly activity reports and follow up on status of negotiation with tenants
  • Lead the preparation of leasing budgets and rental plans

    skills and experience required

    • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
    • 6-8 years of experience in leasing - office/commercial
    • Ambitious and aggressive character
    • Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
