about the job

  • Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and achieve retention goals
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions
  • Coordination with customer for maintenance activities
  • Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with clients
  • Analyze client feedback and data to recommend service improvements
  • Collaborate with technical, and support teams to meet client needs
  • Develop long-term client success plans that align with business goals
  • Ensure all customer SLA requirements are met and maintained
  • Ensure data centre facility operations meet customerâs SLA (Service Level Agreement)
  • Take ownership of critical issues and follow up until closure to meet customer expectations
  • Get involved in IT matters, include but not limited to, all cross connect request, infrastructures and systems to support Office IT, BMS, CCTV, card access, office equipment

    skills and experience required

    • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, IT, Computer Studies, Engineering or equivalent
    • 6-8 years of experience in a customer service-related portfolio, with proven track record in customer success or account management
    • Customer Satisfaction, Relationship Building and Customer Service skills
    • Execellent Analytical Skills and Customer Retention abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in the technology or data centre industry is a plus
