Customer Service Officer (Home-Based)Skip to content
- Answering of incoming calls and customer service enquiries
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customers’ complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit
Requirements:
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situation
- Able to accept shift work, including weekends and public holiday
