**職位描述:**
- 以專業和禮貌的方式接聽來電、回覆即時聊天查詢以及客戶發送的與數位銀行產品和服務相關的電子郵件。
- 提供準確的資訊並解決與數位銀行產品和服務相關的客戶問題。
- 維持高水準的產品知識,有效支持客戶需求。
- 確保公司 CRM 系統中所有客戶互動的及時、準確記錄。
- 達到或超過生產力和品質標準。
- 與跨職能團隊合作,改善流程和客戶體驗。
- 與客戶打交道時表現出同理心和理解。
- 協助客戶進行網路銀行、手機銀行和其他數位銀行相關查詢。
- 透過電子郵件及時、專業地回覆客戶詢問。

**職位需要:**
- 擁有SPM/STPM/文憑/相關領域的學位。
- 至少 1-2 年在聯絡中心環境中的客戶服務經驗。
- 鼓勵應屆畢業生申請
- 優秀的口頭和書面溝通技巧。
- 強大的人際交往能力以及與客戶建立融洽關係的能力。
- 能夠在快節奏的環境中工作並處理大量通話、即時聊天查詢和電子郵件。
- 精通 Microsoft Office 並具備使用 CRM 系統的經驗。
- 熟悉數位銀行產品和服務。

- 有金融服務業或銀行業經驗者優先
