Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction in providing service information and inquiries, complaints, and feedback that are attended promptly in a professional manner.


  • To gather from the customer all the necessary information to fulfill their requirement and enter accurately into the appropriate system.
  • Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction in the form of courteous and prompt service and updating customers with accurate information.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
