Roles:


The Human Resource (HR) Manager will be involved in the full HR spectrum and is expected to manage the day-to-day operations of the HR office.


Responsibilities:

  • Able to adapt to the various functions within the HR department
  • Process monthly payroll and related calculations to employees and service contractors
  • In charge of staff information in the database and Personnel File Maintenance and ensuring confidentiality at all times
  • Handle recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, employees' engagement & relations, performance management, safety compliance, etc
  • Conduct newcomer's orientation process and briefing of employment terms and conditions
  • Arrange & coordinate staff training enrolment and update of training records
  • Assist with performance appraisal
  • Maintain employees' leave record
  • Maintain, upkeep company & departmental documentation of operational policy, rules and regulation
  • Assist in administration duties when required and other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
