HR Assistant Manager/executive

Job-holder is responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of the HR Department.

He/she will originate and lead AHR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, and goal attainment.

The job-holder will coordinate implementation of services, policies and programmes, and assist or advise staff members about HR issues.

He/she will carry out responsibilities in functional areas, such as departmental development, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development and employment.


PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Payroll & Tax
Education

  • Minimum Bachelor degree qualification in Human Resources Management, or Organizational Development.
  • Human Resources related professional certification preferred.
Experience

  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • At least 2 years of direct or indirect people, programme or project management experience at a managerial level.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of related working experience in school or private education organization environment.

Salary:
RM3, RM6,000.00 per month
