在系統增強、通話品質、整體工作流程方面改善聯絡中心部門的職能,並確保聯絡中心符合公司政策和程序。

**職位描述:**
- 協助單位負責人/部門負責人進行營運改善專案。
處理單位負責人或部門負責人要求的所有項目的測試和實施。
- 每日、每周和每月的營運績效報告。
- DPR、IMS 和 BNM 準則協調員,確保客戶服務總部和區域遵守程序和準則。
- 對新的和現有的客戶服務官員進行培訓。
- 對客戶服務總部和區域進行呼叫監控和編譯。
- 監督新官員的工作進度並不時提供回饋。
- 不時審查所有工作程序並進行相應更新。
- 確定營運限制和可能的行動計劃。
- 確保營運符合內部政策和指南以及國家銀行的要求。

**職位需要:**
- 任何相關學科的文憑或學士學位
- 精通英語和馬來語
- 歡迎應屆畢業生申請,我們將提供訓練。
- 聯絡中心的技術知識將更具優勢。
- 良好的溝通和人際交往能力。
- 良好的時間管理
- 較強的分析能力,能承受工作壓力。
