As a pool Secretary you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of the organization by providing administrative and clerical assistance to various departments and teams within the company.

Your primary responsibility is to ensure efficient office management and facilitate effective communication both within the organization and with external parties.

You will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and performing various administrative tasks and required.

Requirements:

  • High school Diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certification in office administration
  • Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confident
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
