Responsibilities:

  • Execution of established process with detailed work instructions (WINS/QRGs).
  • Review and respond to accommodation and flight requests within allocated timeframes and operating procedures.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to manage day to day operational requests, reporting and prioritise high priority requests.
  • Applies people logistics procedures and requirements to meet stakeholder demands safely and efficiently.
  • Prioritises voice of customer/vendor and meets relevant SLAs as per GBS Partnership Agreement and follow escalation protocols.
  • Continuous improvement mindset is front of mind by raising continuous improvement opportunities and solutions.
  • Identifies risks and escalates as per escalation protocols
  • Prioritises demand and workflow requests and actions to meet customer needs and business outcomes.
  • Providing accurate and timely data entry.
  • Works autonomously and demonstrates capability.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Experience related for the role: Travel Administration, Customer Service, System Processing
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent English Communication (written and spoken) and build relationships. (Mandatory, nonnegotiable)
  • Multitask to manage competing priorities within very tight timeframes.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Administrator

Job Type:

Contract length: 6 months

Salary:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
