Customer Support Officer

The main purpose of the position is to handle and solve customer enquiries and requests promptly, accurately, and professionally through messaging apps. To resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of reporting.
  • Handle and solve customer enquiries and requests promptly, accurately, and professionally through messaging apps.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
  • Expedite correction or adjustment and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Update our internal databases with information and input data into the computerized accounting system.
  • Prioritize tasks when assigned and stay organized.
  • Work closely with the team and address customer needs.
  • Possess a positive attitude, initiative, responsibility, and take ownership of issues.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate supervisor and management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • Preferably at least 1 or 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin. Mandarin speaking will be prioritized due to market requirements, as you will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Required Skill(s): Good in Mathematics, Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • 5 days working.
  • Able to work in shift patterns (including weekends and public holidays).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, aggressive, and independent to work under minimum supervision.
  • Ability to multitask and cope well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership experience and analytical skills.
  • Candidate(s) who can start work immediately will be prioritized.
