  • Develop, maintain, and extend customer relationships (West and East Malaysia);
  • Develop deep understanding of each customer's business in order to customize marketing strategy plan;
  • Implement and drive strategies to grow revenue from customers;
  • Day-to-day customer relationship management;
  • Responsible for the acquisition for relevant new sales project assigned by management;
  • Responsible to assist collecting payment;
  • Together with technical team in establishing, promoting and maintaining company brand image;
  • Collect all the needed data from customers and analyze them as per the requirements;
  • Any other job tasks as and when required.
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience in liaising with Telco customers.
  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology.
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
