Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. As the Sales & Application Manager, you are responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing key customer accounts within the market. This role blends both technical and sales skills to ensure that the company's solutions are effectively tailored to meet client needs while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  2. You will bring in or establish strong relationships with key regional channel partners in Malaysia, Vietnam, and Indonesia to help and support them in improving their performance.
  3. You will be working closely with the global sales organization and product management.
  4. Develop sales strategies and objectives in accordance with overall business goals to achieve market share growth and maximize sales revenue and profitability by:
    1. Meeting and managing personal, regional, and channel sales targets. Ensuring distributors/resellers follow our strategies and focus on our products.
    2. Growing orders and managing end customer data, contacts, and feedback.
    3. Order preparation: quoting and clarification of commercial and technical issues.
    4. Developing sound relationships with key customer accounts and opinion leaders of the industry.
    5. Conducting performance reviews with channel partners.
    6. Evaluating, selecting, developing, and managing potential channel partners.
    7. Maintaining a healthy project pipeline (sales funnel).
    8. Helping plan and implement local marketing strategy.
    9. Planning and participating in seminars, workshops, and exhibitions.
    10. Planning and conducting professional product presentations and demonstrations.
    11. Regularly evaluating existing and potential new sales channels.
    12. Maintaining good cooperation with the sales & support team.

Daily Business:

  1. Weekly schedule plan to be submitted by every Monday morning.
  2. Sales line-up, forecasting, and maintaining quota.
  3. Drafting and negotiation of offers.
  4. Project tracking (following up with partners and customers on projects, services, or FC).
  5. Project management and project closing.
  6. Sales/order reporting.
  7. Competitive analysis and feedback on competitors' market behavior.
  8. Participation in events (e.g., trade fairs, sales meetings).
  9. Collecting market feedback for R&D.
  10. Interface between customers and all departments.
  11. All relevant data to be maintained in CRM in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Electronic or Communication.
  2. 2-3 years of sales experience in instrumentation sales.
  3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  4. Positive thinking, professional acting, diplomacy, and sensitivity.
  5. Enjoy working in an international team.
  6. Proactive and imaginative, initiative-taking.
  7. Flexible and keen to travel internationally.
  8. Adaptive and open to diverse cultures.
  9. English (fluent, English is the corporate language), Indonesian or other regional languages an advantage.
  10. Technical or scientific training or relevant job experience preferably in RF & EMC industries.
  11. Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word).
  12. Experience with CRM systems helpful.
