The Role
  • Drive Key Account Growth: Achieve sales targets and optimize profitability through strategic planning, execution, and insightful business analysis.
  • Lead Strategic Partnerships: Independently manage key accounts, conduct joint business planning, and build strong customer relationships through effective negotiation and engagement.
  • Ensure Flawless Execution: Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver impactful in-store visibility and program execution, maximizing brand presence and market insights.

The Experience
  • Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of FMCG key account management experience.
  • Experience managing international chain pharmacies (Guardian/Watsons/Big Caring) is desirable.
  • Proactive and growth-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
