The Human Resource Department provides Human Resources management support to Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei & Indonesia. The HR Executive is a **1-year contractual position** that supports the HR team in daily operations and ensures compliance to the Colgate policies and procedures.
**What you will do**:
**The responsibilities include but not limited to**:
- Managing and administering various Compensation & Benefits processes such as managing benefit portal, insurance and claims, staff free products, expatriates management (car lease/ house rent agreements etc), EPF/Employee Stock option, SOCSO claim administration and any other benefit administration related etc
- Work with Payroll to execute monthly payroll for all employees in the hub
- Support end-to-end Talent Acquisition for internship, contractual hire, management trainee programs
- Support day-to-day HR operational tasks such as employee personnel file maintenance in SAP, pre-boarding and onboarding arrangement, end-to-end PO management, new vendor enrollment, HRDF claims submissions and claims, and preparing HR letters related to employee movements
- Support the e-leave system by troubleshooting technical issues and raising appropriate service request
- Support HRBP in coordinating and organizing employee engagement activities and logistics for successful delivery of training programs when required
- Any other tasks or duties assigned from time to time
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in HR & Admin related field
- Skilled in using Google (Drive, Gmail, Sheet, Slides) and/or Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage
- Proficient in communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From RM3,500.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
